QB uses arm, legs to elevate Har-Ber

Springdale Har-Ber won its first Class 7A state title with an MVP performance from junior quarterback Ryan Luther, who accounted for 286 of the Wildcats’ 394 yards of total offense in the 27-6 victory over Fort Smith Southside on Saturday night at War Memorial Stadium in Little Rock.
