OTUS THE HEAD CAT: Civil War groups rebel against portly re-enactors

Dear Otus, I’ve been involved with re-enacting Civil War battles since I was 18, but I recently got a form letter from the National Re-enactor Association saying I was going to have to lose 45 pounds before being allowed to portray a Rebel soldier again. What gives?
