Washington locks out Arkansas parolees

Saying she was “troubled” by Arkansas’ part in supervising a parolee suspected of fatally shooting four police officers Sunday, Washington state’s governor announced Wednesday that her state will no longer accept parolees from Arkansas until safeguards are in place to protect residents. “
