Baker memo rouses Bisbee

A memo from Gilbert Baker’s U.S. Senate campaign re-kindled a legislative squabble nearly five years old and infuriated a former state senator Wednesday who called Baker “Pork Barrel Baker.” Baker, a state senator from Conway, is among seven Republicans who have announced candidacies for the party nomination against U.S.
