Alabama running back Mark Ingram struggled last week in the Crimson Tide’s 26-21 victory over Auburn in the Iron Bowl.

Who needs Heisman Trophy campaigns? Florida’s Tim Tebow and Alabama’s Mark Ingram have a potentially much more effective outlet to demonstrate their Heisman worthiness than highlight-packed DVDs, life-sized posters or glossy bios.

Williamson Supports Pelphrey

James Pool, center, gets an autograph from former Arkansas basketball player Corliss Wiliamson for himself and his cousin Wednesday after the Northwest Arkansas Tip-Off Club luncheon at the Springdale Holiday Inn. Williamson was the keynote speaker at the luncheon and stayed after to sign autographs for fans. The Club also gave away $10,000 to local schools basketball programs.
