Ford shifts to small cars with Fiesta

New subcompact, 4-cylinder auto gets 30 mpg city, 40 mpg highway

Ford Motor Co.’s big U.S. gamble on small cars started Wednesday when it formally unveiled American versions of the new Fiesta subcompact at the Los Angeles Auto Show.
