Positive step toward debate I commend state Sen. Randy Laverty for taking a positive step toward the debate on marijuana laws in Arkansas. There is a big stigma behind this issue that has kept both the public in the dark and politicians afraid of taking a stance. But progress has been made on debate of the subject as both citizens and politicians gain light of the facts.
