FEDERAL COURT: Judge Issues Injunction

HENDREN HALTS ENFORCEMENT OF FAYETTEVILLE’S QUARRY ORDINANCE

Fayetteville can’t begin enforcing an ordinance aimed at regulating rock quarries outside the city limits at least for the time being, a federal judge ruled Monday.
