Assisted-living facility asks for additional year

The developer was already granted a six-month extension on large-scale approval.

On Sept. 2, 2008, the Rogers Planning Commission approved a large-scale-development plan for the Emeritus Assisted Living Facility, which was planned for the Peaks subdivision near Bellview Avenue and 26th Street.
