100 YEARS AGO August 30, 1909 Representing financial interests contemplating the construction of a $1,000,000 waterpower electric plant to furnish light and power to Little Rock, Hot Springs and Pine Bluff, C. E. Hart of Joplin, Mo., an engineer, has been in the city for a week investigating the electrical needs of the three cities and making surveys of the site and lines.
