Boydston punts, catches, hits for Tigers
Posted: August 30, 2009 at 5:04 a.m.
Bentonville senior Hayden Boydston is a starter at tight end and the team's punter. During the summer he also earned a starting spot at outside linebacker. "I told him where to line up and what to do," outside linebackers coach Rob Coleman said. "He took to it right off the bat and did a good job for us. ... He'll hit you and that's what you look for."
Hayden Boydston first got Barry Lunney's attention as a "tall and gawky" sophomore playing on the scout team at Bentonville.
