!"Frisco Fest brings tens of thousands to downtown Rogers.

Heavy crowds checked out booths, rides, live music and food at Frisco Festival in downtown Rogers on Saturday.

Moses' long pink tongue hung from his open, panting mouth as he and "his human," Jim Matlock of Rogers, took a break from the festivities in downtown Rogers Saturday afternoon.
