Prescription fraud Darrick Dee Phillips, 22, of 110 Hill St. in Fayetteville was arrested Aug. 26 on a felony charge of obtaining a prescription by fraud. Fourth DWI Kamone R. Scott, 28, of 1764 N. Leverett Ave. No. C97 in Fayetteville was arrested Aug. 26 on a felony charge of drinking while intoxicated - fourth offense.
