Aldermen approve noise variance for Polo in the Ozarks

The Goshen City Council met for one of its shortest regular meetings on record and approved an annual request from Lifestyles Inc. to permit a noise variance for the event, Polo in the Ozarks, which is held at the farm of Dr. and Mrs.
