Either way, you're paying for your roads

Recently, Arkansas highway commissioners agreed to apply for a $145.4 million grant through the American Recovery and Reinvestment Act of 2009. With about $1.5 billion available, it's possible that our state could get lucky and a key infrastructure project that would benefit the region would come that much closer to finally being realized.
