FAYETTEVILLE Mount Comfort Church of Christ, 3249 W. Mount Comfort Road, Fayetteville, is offering a divorce recovery class beginning at 7 p.m. Wednesday. The 12-to-13-week class is open to separated and divorced individuals.

The Knights of Columbus Council 6609 of St. Joseph Parish in Fayetteville will host their annual St. Joseph Church Family Fun Day beginning at 4 p.m. Sunday. The event includes activities, games, food and music. There will also be soccer and horseshoetournaments.

Martin Luther King Jr. Blvd. in Fayetteville, is hosting a free community lunch Saturday, Sept.
5, in celebration and honor of the Labor Day holiday. There will be a cookout and barbecue in place of the church's usual Saturday plate luncheon. The church hosts a free community lunch each Saturday from 11:30 a.m. to 1 p.m. in Fellowship Hall.
Nolan Richardson will be the keynote speaker at the second annual Faith to Faith Gala andAuction at 6 p.m. Sunday, Sept.
13, at First United Methodist Church in Springdale. There will be music by The Off The Wall Band, appetizers and a silent auction. Dinner will begin at 7:15 p.m.
The benefit is open to the public. Tickets are $100 and must be purchased by Sept. 5.

Central United Methodist Church, 6 W. Dickson St. in Fayetteville, will present its Dayspring Revival starting at 7 p.m.
each day Sept. 13-16.
Each night's service also includes a 6 p.m. session of Bible-Quest, a fast-paced program designed to make learning about the Bible exciting for elementary students.
The Dayspring Revival will be a blend of songs and stories by Bedford, Texas, Methodist evangelist Wesley Putnam, a storyteller who conveys biblical messages through characterizations that bring the stories to life in new ways. Putnam is joined by his wife, Felicia, in leading revival worshippers in old and new songs.

The St. James Church has recent
ly purchased a 23,000-square
foot facility at 764 W. North St.
in Fayetteville from North Street
Church of Christ. This purchase
was precipitated because of
the overwhelming growth of St.
James. The public is invited to
attend the open house from 1-4
p.m. Saturday, Sept. 19, that will
consist of a program, tour and
a reception at the new location.
The church's first service in their
new facility is scheduled for Sun
day, Sept. 20, with two Celebra
tion Services at 8 a.m. and 11
a.m. and Sunday school at 9:30
a.m.
