MY POINT EXACTLY Har-Ber, Bentonville will fight for 7 A-West

The coaches got it right for the most part. While this scribe concurs with the top two picks the Coaches Poll tabbed as the teams that will quarrel for the 7A-West title, the rest is a crap shoot. The conference coaches picked Bentonville as a repeat 7A-West champion with Springdale Har-Ber runner-up and Fayetteville with the state's best quarterback settling for third. Fort Smith Southside (No. 4), Fort Smith Northside (No. 5) and Springdale High (No. 6) were the coaches' picks to make the playoffs with Rogers Heritage (No. 7) usurping crosstown rival Rogers High (No. 8) for the privilege of not finishing last.
