Rush Running's focus on customer service has translated into big-time success

Mike Rush of Rush Running looked up as two customers entered his store in Bentonville while he posed for a photograph on Friday.
Mike Rush doesn't beat around the bush when asked whether he was nervous opening his business, Rush Running, at 2104 S. Walton Blvd. nearly two years ago.
