Governor to open fall speaker series ROGERS - Gov. Mike Beebe will be the featured speaker as the fall session of The Summit begins Sept. 10 at The Church at Pinnacle Hills. The weekly luncheons feature regional and national speakers who share practical advice, inspirational messages and their own life stories. The program was started by the Rev. Ronnie Floyd in 2001.
