Brightwood Grill has been open since February and is partnered with The Bayou, a bar and grill in Rogers, which are both owned by Wendell Franklin. Sibley said Franklin wanted to open an eatery with the same food as The Bayou but, instead, have it be a family-oriented restaurant.
