Arkansas' ambiguous biotech destiny

In June, Arkansas' unemployment rate rose to 7.2 percent, the highest it's been in 17 years. Of the 26,600 jobs the state has lost since June 2008, more than 20,000 were in manufacturing - most of which aren't likely to return anytime soon.
