Springfield designated hitter Andrew Brown's towering home run in the top of the second inning gave the Cardinals an early 2-1 lead Tuesday night at Arvest Ballpark.
Fresh off a winless road trip, the Northwest Arkansas Naturals were eager to put a miserable week in Texas behind them.
