Retailer adding bill-pay service

Effort courts those who pay in person

Wal-Mart Stores Inc. said Tuesday that it has introduced a new bill-paying service at its Money Centers in stores across the nation aimed at customers who pay bills in person and do not have or use traditional checking accounts.
