Frisco spike found : The Frisco Festival starts Friday night in Rogers.

Sarah Parker and Allen Taylor were in Rogers last Friday for the Third Friday Twilight Walk. Both were helping with a booth setup for the walk. Parker lives in Bentonville, and Taylor was visiting from Joplin, Mo.
