A fair deal : Organizers say fair all about youth

At the end of the day, the county fair - no matter where or when - comes down to being all about the kids. But it's one part of the fair that is particularly for the children that might surprise some folks the most. Sure, the festival rides and carnival food usually leave the youngsters begging for more. But it's a different form of the fair altogether, some say, that really gets the youth of today involved.
