On Wednesday, the city of Bentonville will kick off a major construction project, as Orchards Park, a 16-acre passive recreation area near the southeast corner of Northeast J Street and John DeShields Boulevard, celebrates its groundbreaking. But one day earlier, the city will discuss important information concerning another parks and recreation project of significant proportions.
