Arkadelphia to try hybrid police fleet

'Green' black-and-whites get mixed results with other agencies

When a thief in a stolen hybrid car smoked lawmen in Crown Victorias during a highspeed chase through Clark County earlier this year, Arkadelphia Police Chief Al Harris was impressed.
