NARFE, Bella Vista Chapter 1547 of the National Active and Retired Federal Employees will meet at 5 p.m. Friday at the Tanyard Creek Pavilion in Bella Vista for the group's annual potluck picnic. Chapter 1547 will provide the meat. Members are asked to bring a dish to share and their own table service and beverage.
