Bella Vista incidents Among incidents reported to the Bella Vista Police Department according to records, were the following: At 6:59 a.m. Thursday, a Morganshire Drive resident reported that a Jack Russell dog had been on her front porch since 5:30 a.m. and would not leave. The dog is a repeat offender, and a report was requested on damage to the front door.
