Lutheran group eases policy on gay clergy
Delegates vote 559-451 to allow noncelibate homosexuals to lead parishes

Homosexual ministers will be allowed to lead parishes, representatives of the Evangelical Lutheran Church in America voted Friday in Minneapolis.
