Bill intensifies problem Realtors in areas with a high occurrence of natural disasters like tornadoes and flooding in Arkansas are affected when the affordability and availability of property insurance are threatened. A bill introduced in Congress by U.S. Rep. Richard Neal, called the Neal bill, could worsen this threat and most likely lead to higher insurance premiums for property owners nationwide.
