Pinnacle Bank's president resigns

Chief since '07 says he's not 'a good fit'

Scott Franklin resigned this week after two years as president of Pinnacle Bank of Rogers, saying Thursday that "it just wasn't a good fit any longer." His resignation was effective Monday.
