And here's the latest bulletin from Caracas, Venezuela, the next Havana: As the Castro-like dictatorship of President Hugo Chavez imposes still more controls on the country's economy, it's reported that "prices for kitchen appliances have skyrocketed, pharmacies are reporting shortages of drugs and General Motors is planning to stop car production here."
