Hospital scrubs request for gag order
Attorney for paraplegic client can continue running ad seeking info from doctor's patients

A hospital has dropped its request for a gag order to stop newspapers from publishing an advertisement it claimed last month was "misleading, highly prejudicial and poisonous to the jury pool." The ad, placed by the Bentonville-based Bailey and Oliver Law Firm, seeks contact with patients of Dr. Cyril Anthony "Tony" Raben and accuses Northwest Medical Center of "negligent credentialing."
