100 YEARS AGO Aug. 20, 1909 A deficit in the general revenue fund of the state treasury by November is expected by Governor Donaghey and others who are worried over the outlook for the finances of the state for the next year. It is believed by the governor that the general revenue fund will be entirely depleted by November.
