Lottery picks spot for money

Bank of Ozarks favored by panel

The Arkansas Lottery Commission on Wednesday signaled its intent to award its banking contract to Little Rock-based Bank of the Ozarks, which was the only bidding bank to propose charging the lottery no monthly fee.
