SUPERMARKET SLEUTH: Wanchai Ferry meals adds 5 frozen entrees

General Mills markets a line of Chinese dinner kits under the name Wanchai Ferry, and it recently added frozen entrees to the line. The entrees are made to serve two, go from skillet to table in less than 15 minutes, have no MSG, and include ingredients like chicken or shrimp, jasmine rice or lo mein noodles, vegetables and sauce.
