Knew where ship was all along, officials say

For more than two weeks, the freighter Arctic Sea seemed to have vanished in the Atlantic Ocean's vastness, but officials said Tuesday that they knew where it was all along and were staying mum to ensure a bloodless end to a dangerous hijacking drama.
