The original concept for The Links at Rainbow Curve, a 79-acre luxury apartment and ninehole golf course project along the north side of Arkansas Highway 12 here, surfaced more than two years ago. The golf course component was actually constructed more than a year ago but had been waiting for the apartments ever since.
