Russians find missing ship, say all crew members alive

The cargo ship Arctic Sea is shown in Kotka, Finland, in this Dec. 29, 2008, photo. The Russian-manned cargo ship that vanished last month on an Atlantic voyage has been reported found.
The Russian crewed freighter that sparked a high-seas mystery when it disappeared nearly three weeks ago has been found by a Russian naval frigate off the West African coast, the country's defense minister said Monday.
