Population decline drubs real estate market

Realtor Rodney Rodgers, with Wilson-Rodgers & Associates, leaves a house at 4901 Stevens Drive in Pine Bluff. The owners of the house have dropped the price from $619,000 to $495,000.
Dr. Tony Jones' former home at 4400 S. Cherry St. stands out like a castle in a city where castle dwellers are hard to find.
