Jennifer Matsubara, owner of Shelby Lynn's Cake Shoppe in Springdale, has participated in cake decorating competitions and been featured in cake challenges on the Food Network.
Jennifer Matsubara took a leap of faith with buying her own bakery, having never made or decorated a cake before.
