Phillips, Bloomquist grab spots up front

Terry Phillips of Springfield, Mo., and Scott Bloomquist of Mooresburg, Tenn., earned front-row starting positions for the 17th annual Comp Cams Topless 100 at Batesville Motor Speedway during qualifying Friday night.
