According to the always informative, not to say indispensable, In the News column on the front page, the secretarygeneral of the North Atlantic alliance, one Anders Fogh Rasmussen, has met with Moscow's envoy in Brussels, Belgium, capital of all things European, to call for "a closer strategic partnership with Russia to tackle security challenges."
