Ryan Mallett prefers quarterbacking on a football field than under the big top. That's why the Arkansas raised (Lincoln) Razorbacks fan said "thanks, but no thanks" when the University of Arkansas recruited him while he was a 2006 senior at Texarkana's Texas High.
