THE RECRUITING GUY: Arkansas makes offer to top junior QBs

Two of the top quarterbacks from the state received scholarship offers from Arkansas on Tuesday, when the Razorbacks offered juniors Brandon Allen of Fayetteville and Kiehl Frazier of Shiloh Christian.
