Panel awards lottery game, service deals
Advertising contract also OK'd; start of ticket sales still Sept. 28

A legislative committee signed off Thursday on the Arkansas Lottery Commission's decisions to award two major gambling contracts and an advertising contract, keeping the lottery on track to start next month.
