Angela Merkel, the German chancellor, declined to comment on a campaign poster by Christian Democrat candidate Vera Lengsfeld that carries the slogan, "We have more to offer," under revealing photos of Lengsfeld and party leader Merkel in evening gowns, and told German radio, "I would rather discuss the issues on our posters."
