New venue sought in harassment trial
Man faces charges after 2008 incident with judge's wife at Bentonville bank

In the year since it was filed, a misdemeanor harassment charge against a Bella Vista man has involved three Bentonville police detectives, the recusal of district judges and the Bentonville city attorney.
