FRANKLIN COUNTY: Firm seeks permit to spread drilling fluids
State sets hearing on application by company fined previously for violations

A company that the state found violated regulations in disposing of well-drilling fluids at a site on the Franklin and Logan county line has applied for a permit to dump the fluids on a new site in Franklin County.
